Middleton International School (MIS) Thailand is the newest member of the Middleton family of schools, renowned in Singapore for high-quality, affordable international education. MIS blends the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Singapore Maths, and the British National Curriculum with inquiry-based learning and a strong focus on holistic development.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Primary Teacher to join our founding teaching team. You will be instrumental in creating a stimulating, supportive, and academically rigorous learning environment where every child is inspired to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

•  Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IPC, Singapore Maths, and the British National Curriculum.
• Foster inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.
•  Build a strong classroom culture that promotes well-being, respect, and collaboration.
• Actively contribute to the co-curricular life of the school (clubs, events, performances).
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
• Engage parents as active partners in their child’s learning journey.
• Contribute to the establishment of systems and traditions that shape the identity of the new school.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with teaching qualification (Master’s desirable).

• At least 2-5 years of successful primary teaching experience (international school experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IPC, Singapore Maths, and/or the British National Curriculum (desirable).
• Proven ability to inspire, challenge, and support students of all abilities.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient – ready to embrace the founding phase of a new school.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
