Admin and Operations Assistant (Tampines Campus)
Position: Administration and Operations Assistant
Reporting To: Vice Principal
Direct Report: No direct report Job Role & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operations Manager and the Administration Manager to support school operations
- Perform general administrative duties
- Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
- Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
- Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
- Assist in the management of student and school information
- Help in school logistics and events as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Possess 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills, especially MSWORD, MSPPT and MSEXCEL. Additional IT skills will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
